Fiona Munro
Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner
The human body possesses an enormous and persistent capacity to heal itself. Our bodies go in and out of balance naturally.
Sometimes we require assistance switching back to places of ease, increased functionality and vitality.
Sometimes we require assistance switching back to places of ease, increased functionality and vitality.
I've had several decades of experience working with physical ailments, pain management & movement. Finding comfort in our bodies makes a difference to how we are in the world, I think of it as 'coming home to our bodies'.
I've recovered from several serious injuries and continue to be in awe of changes I've witnessed in myself and others during my Ortho-Bionomy journey. This includes much better sleep, walking & exercising without pain and increased ability to bounce back from the unavoidable 'curve balls of life'. Last year I returned to dance classes at 58 years old and most of the time feel freer, more in touch with my body and stronger than I did 30 years ago.
I'm committed to finding the most effective ways to facilitate physical healing, increased functionality and positive changes for other people's 'home' i.e. their bodies. At The Healing Switch you and your body will be listened to and treated with care and respect.

"Is it supposed to be so relaxing?"
The answer to this frequently asked question is YES!
The body is being listened to and the nervous system is being settled. Plus it's relaxing when muscles & bones can relinquish unnecessary holding. The follow on affect is that the more the systems in the body relax and let go, the more likely healing can be accessed.

What people are saying
"From the first session with Fiona I found my pain subsided and I was able to reduce the medication I was taking...After only 3 sessions I went from taking daily painkillers and not being able to sleep or sit for long periods to being able to sleep through the night and sit down (and drive) without extreme pain. I would highly recommend Fiona!"

"I have major injuries from neck surgery and after seeing Fiona I had more energy and less pain. It is a very different mode of treatment but I really enjoyed it. I find remedial massage and Physiotherapy is too painful. I will definitely be returning". Sue W
